I knew the search for a new home in Boca Raton was going to be a challenge to find just the right house in the right location and still stay within our budget. Mark Rucco was the perfect REALTOR to help me with the search and in doing so, he helped me find my new home! Mark took time to understand my family’s needs for house size, location, layout, and cost and then quickly identified properties to meet those needs. The search was not short, but Mark was actively engaged throughout the process and patiently worked with me to find the right house for my family.

He spent a great deal of time with me providing very personalized service that made me feel like I was his only client. I benefited from Mark’s keen sense of design and vision of “what could be” within the houses that I saw, as well as his understanding of the costs associated with such renovations. This helped identify potential enhancements I would make to a new house as well as the money I could plan to invest to realize this vision. It really helped me to plan for the purchase.

Overall, I could not be happier with Mark and the work of his team at The Rucco Group. I found the house that I wanted, purchased it for a great price, and I am now settled into my home in with my family in Newport Bay Club in Boca Raton. His team represented me well in contract negotiations and handled every detail of the closing professionally and smoothly. I will highly recommend Mark, based on my great experience with him.
