 I worked with Sam Lorsch, who is part of Mark Rucco's real estate staff. In addition, I had contact with a few other members of the staff. They were all excellent and very informative. I met with Sam in April and in 8 weeks the property was sold and settlement was held at the very beginning of June. Our greatest appreciation is the recognition that the Rucco Group were most proficient in the marketing of our property in a very competitive real estate market. My husband and I did not attend the settlement, but were very pleased and impressed with how effortlessly and meticulously everything was handled by the Rucco Group. I would highly recommend them for sale or purchase of a property.
